Presentation Typologies

1. Oral Presentation

Each presentation will last for 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for potential questions and answers session

2.Virtual Presentation
Virtual presentation is addressed to those students, researchers, and professors who cannot attend the conference in person. It consists of aa power point presentation (with audio) or a video that will be uploaded on the conference website. The presentation will be accessible for all participants during and after the conference

Review Cheklist

The submissions will go under double-blind review based on the evaluation criteria. The Abstract Evaluation Form is available here


Registration Process for Authors of Accepted Articles
Corresponding Author of accepted article will receive an email with detailed information concerning the registration procedure

Admission to all conference’s sessions
Possibility to present one paper
Conference bag
Conference Proceedings on a CD-Rom
Certificate of Attendance as a speaker
Lunch, dinner, and two coffee breaks for the conference day
Access to Wi-fi

Contributions will be published in the conference proceedings book, conference CD and included in the Conference Program if at least onee of the authors of the accepted paper has registered before 04 April 2018

Cancellations made after ​​30 ​​February 2018 will not be entitled to a refund. All refunds will be made after the conference. If you will not be ablee to attend the conference, the name of a substitute can be notified by email
